Delivery & Returns
We ship within India from our New Delhi office via DTDC courier services & shipping is currently free for all Indian orders.
Once your item has been processed* & dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-5 working days.
You will receive a call from our team, within 10-24hrs (on working days) to confirm you the estimated time of process and delivery.
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver* your products within the period of 10 working days. Customized orders or handcrafted products are usually shipped within 30-40 days.
Some of the items are already in stock & they ship much quicker. However some items are made to order based on your measurements, which takes a little longer.
Delivery times are subject to stock availability, and swatimishra.in cannot take responsibility for delays due to credit card authorization, custom clearance, payment transaction, incorrect address & details or delay in providing your measurements to our team.
TRACK YOUR ORDER:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be informed through e-mail or text message. You can track your order by going to:
Order history > view details > track your order > enter your tracking number > track
MULTIPLE PRODUCTS ORDER:
If your order consist multiple products with different process time , all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready.
However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please CONTACT US; with your order number, we shall do the needful.
Please refer to “Description & size-fit” on product details page to find material, wash care instructions and making time of each garment.
We deliver garment after perfect inspection and with special care, our responsibility ceases as soon as it leaves our store.
Item/items made on order or have been altered will not be exchanged or taken back.
No claim for tearing will be accepted afterwards, the product should not have been cleaned, damaged, must be in a resalable condition.
No exchange without barcode tag, bill and after 15days.
Alterations will be charged after 15 days of purchase.
Please return items in their original condition, packaging material in which the items were originally delivered including but not limited to: hangers, plastic wrap, hand tags, boxes, dust bags and gift boxes.
We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged with a replacement or a store credit if it meets the prescribed and applicable terms & conditions.
