- All sale items, discounted products, and purchases made using a coupon code are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Most of our products are Made to Order and are therefore not eligible for returns.
Alterations may be possible in certain cases, depending on the nature of the changes required.

Kindly ensure that you collect an acknowledgement receipt from the courier personnel mentioning the number of products being dispatched, along with their signature and mobile number.
SWATI MISHRA will not be responsible for any lost shipments. The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer and is non-refundable.
We recommend returning items via traceable mail (we do not offer a reverse pickup facility). Any items not received by SWATI MISHRA will be treated as not returned.
- Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in their original packaging are eligible for exchange.
- Please mention your name, address, phone number, email ID, order ID, and the required size clearly on the parcel.
- All shipping charges, including reverse pickup and re-shipping, must be borne by the customer.
Why was my exchange not accepted?
We strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience and maintain the highest quality standards.
- Exchange or return requests will not be accepted if the customer does not like the material or colour of the product.
- A colour variation of up to 10–12% may occur due to screen resolution and lighting conditions.
- Exchange or return requests will not be accepted if the product has been worn or washed.
